these terms govern the kompound app and kompound.money, run by woverp management consultants private limited ("kompound", "we"). using either means you accept them. if you do not, please do not use them.
kompound reads the mutual funds you own and shows each one next to the index it is measured against, year after year. the website shows the same record for every fund in india. woverp management consultants private limited is registered with the securities and exchange board of india as an investment adviser, registration no. INA000023135, basl membership no. 2564.
mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. read all scheme related documents carefully. past performance is not indicative of future returns. the figures shown use public nav and index data and may differ from a fund house's own reporting because of timing, distributions and method.
you must be 18 or older and resident in india.
you sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. you are responsible for the device you sign in on. you can sign out at any time, which removes what the app holds on that phone.
your statement and your holdings are yours. you give us permission to process them only to show them back to you and to keep your scan for your return, as described in our privacy policy. you confirm the statement you upload is yours, or that you are allowed to upload it.
please do not: reverse engineer the app; upload a statement that is not yours; use the app or site for anything unlawful; probe or test our systems; scrape the site; or resell what you find here.
the app and the site depend on others: amfi and nse for data, google, render, cloudflare, meta and sentry for services. we do not promise they will always be up, or that a nav will always be current. when something is stale, we try to say so on the screen.
the kompound name, mark, design and code belong to woverp management consultants private limited. fund and index data belong to their publishers and is shown for your own use.
the app and the site are provided as they are. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including investment loss, from using them. our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid none.
if your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the app, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover it.
you can stop using kompound at any time. we can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
when these terms change we update the date at the top; if the change matters, the app will tell you on next launch.
these terms are governed by the laws of india. disputes go to the courts at bengaluru, karnataka.
this document is an electronic record under the information technology act, 2000 and the rules under it. it needs no physical or digital signature.
