Kompound is the advisory practice of Woverp Management Consultants Private Limited. We work alongside founders, CFOs and boards on fundraising support, M&A, valuation, diligence, and the financial machinery that surrounds a growing company.
Kompound is the trade name under which Woverp Management Consultants Private Limited — a private limited company incorporated in Bengaluru in 2017 — carries on its advisory practice. We work with founders, finance teams and boards on the corporate-finance and transaction questions that come up as a company scales.
Our team has prior experience across chartered accountancy, investment banking, private equity and venture capital. We bring that background to a small, deliberately narrow set of engagements each year.
The firm is closely held and self-funded. We do not publish a public client list. Most engagements come through referrals from past colleagues, clients and professional networks.
Sell-side and buy-side support for primary rounds, secondary transactions and M&A. We work alongside the founder and CFO through the deal.

A meaningful share of our work is the design, engineering and ongoing maintenance of native mobile applications that support the advisory practice. We have applications under active development for iPhone and iPad — including client-facing engagement portals and internal tooling for the firm's deal and diligence teams.
Each application is designed and engineered in-house by our team. We own the source code, the design assets, the testing infrastructure and the distribution pipeline. Production builds are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; beta builds via TestFlight and Play internal-testing tracks.
